Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging. You'll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please contact us at hatinytrends@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll share the return address and instructions with you. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hatinytrends@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions: Sale items, gift cards, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

 

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to post the refund too.
