Refund Policy

HA Tiny Trends offers our customers the option to return purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped falls within a returnable category and a claim can be filed within 7 days after the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • Fully intact and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by all original labels, tags, boxes, and plastic wrap.

Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match the product description, we are happy to replace it for you. If a replacement is not currently in stock, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.


Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my refund? We process refunds within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your returned items. We recommend monitoring your bank statement for the credit. You will also receive a confirmation message from HA Tiny Trends on your registered mobile number once the process is complete.

What are the exchange terms? Please pack the product with the original order invoice and exchange form. If you have misplaced the invoice, please include a note with your Order Number and Phone Number.

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning products for exchange.
